our cancellation policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time, your deposit will be forfeited. In the event of a no-call, no-show, you will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service. We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals; however, after this time, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment. If scheduling allows, your stylist may still accommodate you, but a $35 late fee will apply.
